Review guidelines

Write about your own experience

• Review a product you have used yourself: what you liked, what you did not, and how you use it.
• A star rating always comes with a written review (at least 30 characters) and the name you want shown.
• Please review a product once. No account and no e-mail address are needed.
• Do not post links, prices from shops, phone numbers or e-mail addresses, and do not swear or insult anyone — in any language.

What happens to your review

Most reviews appear at once. A review that contains a link, contact details or abusive language, or one that repeats another review word for word, waits until a person has looked at it. Sending the same review twice for the same product keeps it once.

We remove reviews only for spam, advertising, abuse, personal data or content that is not about the product. We never hide, remove or reorder a review because of its rating, and every published rating counts towards the average shown on the product's page.

What we do not check

Reviews are written by visitors. We do not verify whether a reviewer bought the product, and reviews are not marked as verified purchases. We never write, buy or pay for reviews, and we do not offer anything in exchange for them.

Your data

With a review we keep only what is published: the review, the rating, the name you chose and the date. No IP address and no fingerprint of your device or connection is stored with it, and you need no account or e-mail address. To slow down automated spam, how many reviews one connection can send per hour is counted for a short while in the server's memory only — never written down, gone within the hour.
